TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “MY GLO™ REWARDS” PROGRAM
The “My Glo™ Rewards” Program (the “Program” or “My Glo™ Club”) of the company BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO HELLAS S.A. (“BAT” or the “Company”), with its registered office in Marousi (27 Agiou Thoma Street), is a program of benefits, offers, privileges and services for participants in the Program (“Members”), through the collection and redemption of points (“glo™ points” or “points”). The terms and conditions of the Program (the “Terms”) govern the legal relationship between BAT and the Members, the method of participation in the Program, as well as the method of collecting glo™ points and redeeming them accordingly. These Terms may be amended at any time unilaterally by BAT at its discretion without prior notice. BAT shall inform Members of any change to the Terms by republishing them in each subsequent version hereof. BAT reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Program at any time, where this is deemed necessary. Within the framework of the Program, BAT communicates to Members the rules, terms and conditions for the collection of glo™ points and their redemption for the services offered. The rules for collecting and redeeming glo™ points are determined exclusively by BAT. BAT reserves the right to unilaterally modify the above data at any time without prior notice. In such case, the Members shall be immediately notified of such changes via the Website at www.myglo.gr. The Program shall not apply where prohibited or restricted by law. BAT has the right, at its discretion and without any prior notice, to suspend or cancel all glo™ points, offers and the Member status in the event of breach of the rules for the proper operation of the Program by the Member.
Member Responsibility - Obligation of Proper Use of the Program - Consequences of Breach
Members of the Program may be exclusively adult consumers of nicotine products. glo™ points are collected, maintained and redeemed exclusively in accordance with the Terms of the Program, as applicable from time to time, and the applicable legislation. Any other use, disposal, sale, assignment, exchange, promotion or transfer of glo™ points by the Member or any third party is expressly prohibited. glo™ points that have not been collected or maintained in accordance with the Terms of the Program are automatically invalid and cannot be redeemed. Such glo™ points shall be deducted from the account. The use of products acquired through the redemption of glo™ points for the purpose of further disposal against consideration and/or resale is expressly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to monitor the proper use of the Program by the Member throughout the duration of the Member’s participation in the Program.
In the event of breach by the Member of the Program of any term of the Program Terms, the Company may, at its absolute discretion, immediately exclude the Member from any current or future offer of the Program, suspend and/or terminate their participation in the Program, as well as cancel all glo™ points collected within the framework of the Program. In any case of unlawful use of the glo™ points of the Program and/or breach of any term of the Program, the Company reserves all of its lawful rights and any lawful claim and pursuit of rights before the competent courts and authorities.
BAT also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time without liability.
BAT may, at any time, request that the Consumer provide an identity document or other proof in order to verify the accuracy of the details declared.
Members of the Program
Members of the Program may be exclusively adult consumers of nicotine products.
Registration Method
In order to participate in the Program, the Consumer shall complete their registration through the Website https://www.myglo.com/el-gr/pages/my-glo-epivraveusi and follow the process set out in order to create a user account. The Consumer will be asked to complete their details. The Consumer will then be able to access the Program from the “My Account” section, after entering the serial number of the glo™ product device in their possession.
The Consumer may request to unsubscribe from the Program at any time by contacting Customer Care team. Upon unsubscribing, the Consumer shall forfeit all accrued glo™ poins.
Program Tiers
The Consumer will be able to access four different Program tiers by collecting glo™ points through the methods referred to below. Depending on the tier reached, the Consumer may benefit from various advantages and benefits.
The applicable tiers are the following:
Tier 1: Trendsetter (1-1999 points) *Upon registration, the Consumer automatically enters this tier and receives 500 glo™ points.
Tier 2: Hero (2000-4999 points) *The Consumer in this tier is entitled to receive a coupon valued at €10.00.
Tier 3: Leader (5000+ points) *The Consumer in this tier is entitled to receive a coupon valued at €15.00.
Tier 4: Hilo *This tier requires the purchase of a glo™ HILO or HILO Plus device, the purchase of rivo™/virto™ sticks, or the registration of the device in the relevant section of the Website or the entry of the pack code. The Consumer in this tier receives 500 points.
Methods of collecting glo™ points:
The Consumer will be able to collect glo™ points indicatively in the following ways: automatically upon registration on the Website (creation of a user account), with any purchase on the Website, with the registration of the device on the Website, with the entry of pack codes, with the completion of specific missions, as well as through all other methods, as described in detail on the Website in the myglo Rewards section.
Use of glo™ points.
With regard to glo™ points and the method of redeeming glo™ points, the following shall apply:
The Consumer is not required to accumulate a minimum number of glo™ points in order to redeem them.
glo™ points may be redeemed in the following ways: (a) for the acquisition of coupons suitable for use within the online store, (b) for participation in competitions and experiences, and (c) for the acquisition of coupons from cooperating third parties (third-party coupons). Further information on the available methods of redeeming glo™ points is provided on the Website (My Glo™ Rewards Program).
glo™ points may only be spent for purchases on the Website www.myglo.gr. The glo™ points spent shall be deducted from the total number of glo™ points collected by the Consumer.
glo™ points shall remain valid from the moment they are acquired until they are fully redeemed by the Consumer. glo™ points are strictly personal, non-transferable, and the Consumer has no right to exchange them for money or other any other substitute items, subject to the redemption methods set out above.
glo™ points may not be redeemed in order to cover any shipping costs of an order. glo™ points may be redeemed for gift cards and/or gifts made available through the Website.
The Consumer may be eligible to earn additional glo™ points when redeeming points for the acquisition of a gift card, such additional points being equal to the value of the gift card. The Consumer shall collect glo™ points on the total amount paid to complete their order, in accordance with the points collection mechanism in force at the relevant time.
Other Terms:
By registering for the Program, the Consumer unreservedly accepts all terms included in these Terms and Conditions.
The Program may be subject to changes or interruptions that depend entirely on the capabilities of the existing technology on which the activity is based and which may be beyond BAT’s control and responsibility. BAT shall bear no liability for such cases, particularly where they are due to events of force majeure.
