A guide to what the EasyView™ screen shows you
Out of battery or Sleep mode
Charge the product. For first use, press and hold the button for 3 seconds to wake it. Do not hold for more than 10 seconds to avoid rebooting.
Recoverable software error
Please wait for a few moments before the device will be ready to use.
The device is too cold
Move the device to a warmer place. Do not use it below 0°C. Do not expose the device to temperatures below -10°C to prevent irreversible damage.
The device is too hot
Please allow the device to cool down after previous session. Move it to a cooler place if necessary. Do not use if the ambient temperature is above 40°C.
Reboot required
Please hold down the control button for 13 seconds until the screen changes. Countdown will reset if the button is released before the end of the countdown. To perform the reset correctly, it is important to keep the button continuously pressed for 13 seconds.
Critical error
Please contact customer care for a replacement. Scan the QR code for more information.
Voltage exceeded
Disconnect the charger immediately. Try alternative charger or/and USB cable, if problem recurs, contact customer care.
USB connector hot
Disconnect the charger. Check for debris, dirt or moisture in the port, and allow it to cool. Contact customer care if the issue persists.
Wrong charger
Adaptor is exceeding voltage 11V. Please change to adaptor 5V.
Battery near end of life
Device functionality will be reduced. Consider replacing the product. Scan the code for more information.
Charging timed out
Replace the charger and / or the charging cable.
