Download myglo app

To use myglo on iOS, you first need the Nuviu browser, which enables full device connectivity.


Download the Nuviu app from the App Store®, open it once installed, and then navigate to app.myglo.com using the browser inside Nuviu.


Nuviu app is free and designed specifically to support the myglo experience.

Set up & secure

Begin by confirming your location and language preferences. After that, log in to your existing glo™ account or create a new one.


To protect your data and preferences, you will then be prompted to set up a PIN.

Prepare for Pairing

Before pairing, make sure Bluetooth® is turned on. Pairing will not happen automatically; you have to start pairing in your app


Keep your phone close to ensure a smooth connection process.

Pair your device

To start pairing, if you are using HILO Plus press the control button five times quickly, otherwise, if you are using HILO device press any of the buttons five times quickly. When the EasyView™ display shows the Bluetooth® icon, the device is in pairing mode. In the myglo app, select your device from the list that appears; the process may take up to three minutes.


Once pairing is complete, the screen will display confirm icon and the device will vibrate. Your device is ready to use!

With myDisplay, you can name your HILO whatever you like and it will greet you by name each time you use it. A small detail that makes your device feel more like it’s truly yours.

mySession lets you choose the right session length for your perfect moment: Normal (5 min 10 sec), Medium (4 min), or Short (3 min). It’s all about making every minute count.

Once enabled, myUsage lets you track your daily, weekly, or monthly sessions, see your average daily use, and compare Standard vs Boost mode. It’s a simple way to stay informed and understand your routine.

myLock keeps Hilo just for you. It lets you lock or unlock your paired Hilo device straight from the app, giving you more control and peace of mind.

Find my glo makes sure Hilo is easy to find* and locate through the app. Whether it’s in another room or hidden in your bag, you’ll know exactly where to look.
*the app displays your device’s approximate location when it is paired, charged and within Bluetooth® range of your smartphone. Otherwise, it shows the last known location when your device was synced with your smartphone and your app was activated. Accuracy may vary due to obstacles, interference, or the electromagnetic environment.
