virto™ sticks are manufactured using a two step process.
First, high quality tobacco leaves are processed into tobacco substrate rods with flavours added during this stage.
Secondly, the tobacco substrate rod, filter, wrapping materials and StickSeal™ plug are combined to form the final virto™ stick.

The virto™ sticks have been intentionally designed to provide authentic tobacco taste satisfaction through HILO's advanced heating technology. The tobacco in our virto™ sticks comes from real tobacco fields, and virto™'s unique stick structure evenly radiates heat to every part of the stick.
