The neo™ sticks contain specially processed tobacco, real (premium) tobacco & glycerin.
The glo™ device is designed exclusively for use with neo™ Demi Slim Sticks. There are 7 options of neo™ sticks: Golden Tobacco, Classic Tobacco, Terracotta Tobacco, Silver Tobacco, Scarlet, Arctic, and Green.
Each neo™ pack contains 20 sticks for use with the glo™ heating devices.
No, neo™ sticks should not be lit with a match or lighter and are not intended to
be smoked like traditional cigarettes. They are specifically designed for use with the glo™ device, which heats them to produce vapor and nicotine.
StickSeal™ technology has been designed to offer an improved experience without the need to clean the device. This is a product upgrade, as the sticks now feature a special cover at the front that seals the stick and prevents tobacco residue from entering the glo™ device during use. As a result, consumers will no longer need to clean the inside of the device from tobacco buildup*. This upgrade does not affect the consumers taste experience – the flavour of the sticks remains unchanged**.

only used with glo™ devices.
The new StickSeal™ technology is available in the following neo™ selection: Classic
Tobacco, Terracotta Tobacco, Golden Tobacco, Silver Tobacco, and Scarlet.
The neo™ tobacco sticks upgraded with StickSeal™ technology are compatible with all existing glo™ Hyper devices.
1. Make sure the device is turned off and has cooled down for at least 10 minutes after the last use.
2. Open the shutter by rotating the TasteSelect™ dial to the Standard or Boost position, but do not press the start button.
3. If you cannot remove the stick using your hands, try using a toothpick to
gently pull the stick out. If necessary, open the access door and carefully
push the stick from the bottom. Do not apply excessive force, as this may
damage the heating chamber.
4. Finally, check for any residue in the heating chamber. If present, clean it
with a cotton swab. Close the heating chamber by rotating the dial to the OFF
position and make sure to keep it closed when not using the device to prevent
the buildup of dust or foreign objects.
