To begin with, we encourage you to brush your glo™ device with every pack. But even if that doesn’t happen, don’t worry! Sometimes our devices may be exposed to increased heat, humidity, and strain. That’s why every device comes with a 24 month warranty. No matter what’s happened to it during that time, your glo™ care team has got your back. Simply start a chat with us anytime, and we will send a replacement to you as soon as possible* with no questions asked! If your device is not working as intended and is outside its warranty, we suggest it may be time to invest in the newest technology at your local retailer or online here.
To check if your device is still within its warranty, simply locate the purchase date on your receipt or the confirmation email you received when you bought the device. Our devices come with a 24 month warranty, so if it's been less than two years since your purchase, you're covered! THP come from the phrase Tobacco Heating Product. This technology heats the smoke instead of burning it.
Advanced Heat technology is an exclusive glo™ technology. Unlike traditional cigarettes, in which the smoke burns at 900°, glo™ technology heats the smoke to 260°C in Boost mode and 250°C in Standard mode without leading to combustion*.

Induction heating is a widespread technology in today's kitchens, which has been miniaturized in the glo™ hyper appliance. It works in the following way: a battery charges a coil which creates a magnetic field, causing heat in the metal tube where the neo™ Stick is placed. The metal tube inside the device receives and heats the smoke rod, offering a more intense smoking experience & better performance of the heated smoke with a faster heating time.
No, glo™ produces smoke aerosol.
The glo™ releases smoke aerosol and does not produce smoke.
glo™ uses tobacco heating technology which, unlike traditional cigarettes, heats the tobacco contained in the special neo™ and Lucky Strike tobacco sticks. Unlike the traditional cigarette, combustion is completely absent, resulting in the avoidance of ash production. Therefore, neo™ & Lucky Strike sticks are only used with glo™ and should not be attempted to be lit. The taste of neo™ and Lucky Strike sticks is a whole new way to enjoy the taste of tobacco. At first, the taste will be distinct and different from that of conventional cigarettes, as they do not contain flavour components produced as by-products of combustion.
glo™ has a very different technology than electronic cigarettes. neo™ & Lucky Strike sticks are tobacco products that require the advanced heating technology of the glo™ device and produce nicotine and tobacco vapor. The electronic cigarette is not classified, as a tobacco product, and is usually a stand-alone multi-use device that contains a liquid formulation with flavours and nicotine, which, when heated in the device, creates vapour.

According to the Greek regulatory framework, tobacco heating products can be used outdoors and have the same restrictions on use, sale and advertising as traditional tobacco products (conventional cigarettes). Therefore, a total smoking ban applies in all indoor public or private workplaces, in all HoReCas except outside areas that are excluded, in all types of waiting rooms, in airports except in designated smoking areas, at stations in all means of transport, including ships, in all school canteens, in all means of public transport, including taxis, in all private or public cars carrying children up to 12 years of age. The exact same legislation applies to e-cigarettes.

glo™ offers consumers greater customization thanks to its 2 modes: Standard and Boost. With the standard mode, the device heats up and is ready in just 20 seconds with a session time of 4 minutes. With the Boost function on the other hand, the device heats up and is ready in just 15 seconds with a session time of 3 minutes. The different functions - based on the time and temperature reached - provide two different experiences.
There are two usage modes that give the consumer the option to choose based on their preferences. Boost mode provides a shorter and more intense smoking experience. The device is ready to use in just 15''.

No - the mode selection happens before the session start, rotation of the dial after this moment will not change the heating mode.
It is very important to clean glo HYPER PRO to maintain the best performance. It's really very simple, follow the steps below:
1. Let HYPER PRO cool down: Before cleaning it, make sure it has cooled down for at least 10 minutes.
2. Clean the bottom of the device: Every 5 sessions, open the door under your device and use a cloth to clean it.
3. Clean the heating chamber: Every 20 sessions, open both doors and use the brush, included in the appliance package, and clean the heating chamber on both sides. Remember to wash the brush with running water after each use and make sure it is dry before using it again.
The HYPER PRO offers up to 20 sessions on a single charge. The device can be fully charged in less than 90 minutes using the recommended adapter (12.5W (5V2.5A or 9V1.5A) and USB-C cable.
To restart the device, press and hold the control button for 22 seconds until the screen changes. The countdown will reset if you release the button before the end of the countdown. If the switch is not set to the OFF position, the product may perform an incomplete session before restarting. To properly perform the reset, it is important to hold the button down continuously for 22 seconds.

- Make sure the device is turned off and has cooled down for at least 10 minutes after the last use.
- Open the shutter by rotating the TasteSelect™ dial to the Standard or Boost position, but do not press the start button.
- If you cannot remove the stick using your hands, try using a toothpick to gently pull the stick out. If necessary, open the access door and carefully push the stick from the bottom. Do not apply excessive force, as this may damage the heating chamber.
- Finally, check for any residue in the heating chamber. If present, clean it with a cotton swab. Close the heating chamber by rotating the dial to the OFF position and make sure to keep it closed when not using the device to prevent the buildup of dust or foreign objects.

The device warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
