Terms and Conditions of the Competition "Tomorrowland Belgium 2026"

The company British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A., based in Maroussi, Attica, 27 Agiou Thomas Street (hereinafter referred to for the sake of brevity as "the Organizer"), organizes the competition entitled "Tomorrowland Belgium 2026" (hereinafter referred to for the sake of brevity as "the Competition") in the context of the promotion of the Organizer's products.

By participating in the competition, all participants fully and without any reservation accept the following terms:

1. Eligibility – Conditions

Eligible to participate in the Competition are those smokers who have reached the age of 18, are residents of Greece and have legal capacity. Employees of the companies British American Tobacco Hellas S.A., BBDO Omilos Epikoinonias S.A. and Digital Velocity and their associates, as well as their spouses and relatives of the first and second degree, are not eligible to participate.

In the event that a person who is not entitled to participate is the lucky winner of the prize participates in the Competition, his participation will be canceled, he will forfeit the relevant right, and he will not be granted the corresponding prize.

2. Duration

2.1 The Competition starts on Friday 19th of June 2026 at 14:00 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the "Opening of the Competition") and ends on Thursday 25th of June 2026 at 4 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the "Closing of the Competition").

Friday, June 26, 2026 is set as the date of the draw to determine the winner of the competition prize. 

2.2 Entries submitted within the above time limits of the competition are considered valid and after the expiration of the closing date of the above competition, no entry will be accepted.

2.3. The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, limit or extend the duration of the Competition, by amending these terms.

3. Participation in the competition

The way to participate in the Competition is as follows:

In order to take part in the competition, participants shall complete the following steps:

(a) visit myglo.com/en-gr/ website.
(b) confirm that they are over 18 years of age in the pop-up window that will be displayed
(c) fill in their details (name, surname, date of birth, contact phone number and e-mail address) in the relevant participation form located in the Competition section within myglo.com/en-gr/ Website.
(d) accept these terms and conditions 
(e) select their preferred method of communication (email, SMS, phone call, Viber) by completing the corresponding field. 
(f) declare that they follow the glo_greece profile on Instagram as well as
(g) Submit the participation form.

Immediately after submitting the participation form, a confirmation email will be sent to the participants. Participants who do not have an active newsletters’ subscription will receive a confirmation email inviting them to activate their subscription. Participation in the Competition shall be valid only upon registration to the newsletter.

In order to have a valid participation in the competition, the account on myglo.com/en-gr/ website shall be activated by each participant. Participants who do not maintain an active account shall not be eligible to validly participate in the Competition. Participants who already maintain an active account are not required to create a new account for the purposes of the Competition.

The above contact details provided by the participants shall be accurate and valid, while each participation shall correspond to one (1) unique and valid telephone number and email. 

All entries will be collected and on the specific date mentioned above the draw will be held to determine the winner of the prize.

Participation in the Competition shall be deemed valid only provided that the Winner possesses valid and current travel documents.

4. Prize 

4.1. The prize to be awarded to one (1) lucky winner, who will have the right to be accompanied by one (1) additional adult of their choice, is a trip for two (2) people to attend the Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 event, which will take place in the city of Boom, Belgium, from July 16, 2026 until July 20, 2026. The departure date is set for 16 July 2026, and the return date for 20 July 2026.

Specifically, the prize includes:
- air tickets for two (2) people (the winner and one additional adult person to be nominated by the winner) from Athens to Brussels (on 16/07/2026) and from the city of Brussels, to Athens (on 20/07/2026) with the possibility of carrying one (1) hand luggage, one (1) personal item and one (1) suitcase up to 23 kg per person.
- their transfer from Brussels airport to DreamVille campsite where the festival is hosted (on 16/07/2026) and vice versa on the day of return to Athens (on 20/07/2026),
- four (4) overnight stays in a luxury tent (Cabana) at the DreamVille venue where the festival is hosted, including breakfast, as well as
- general access tickets and comfort upgrade for two (2) people granting access to the Tomorrowland Summer 2026 event for a duration of four (4) days (16/07/2026 – 20/07/2026) 

It is noted that any expenses beyond the above are not included in the package and are therefore NOT covered by the Organizer.
Participants will win the prize following a draw that will be held at the Organizer's offices on June 25th, 2026.

The winner will be announced on June 26, 2026 on https://www.myglo.com/en-gr website and with a relevant post on the profile of glo Greece (@glo_greece) on Instagram in the form of a story (Instagram story).

4.2. The prize is strictly personal, non-transferable and the winner of the Competition does not have the right to exchange it for money or other replaceable items.

5. Announcement of Winner of the competition  

During the draw, on the day and time specified above, one (1) lucky winner and three (3) alternate winners will be selected. The Organizer will then inform the winner based on the contact details provided. In the event that it is not possible to contact the winner by 16:00 p.m. on 26th of June 2026 and the winner does not contact the Organizer within the above period (including the unforeseen circumstances and force majeure), or in the event that at any point in time it is judged that his/her participation was invalid, or he/she does not provide the Organizer by 16:00 p.m. on June 25th 2026, of the valid travel documents of both of him/her and his/her adult companion, this person permanently loses his/her right to the prize of the Competition. The prize is subsequently awarded to the alternate winner, in the order selected by the draw, who may be accompanied by one (1) additional adult of their choice, provided that provided that such accompanying person also holds valid travel documents. The communication with the alternate winner takes place on the same day after the final loss of the right to acquire the prize by the declared winner. If none of the alternate winners can be found or it is determined that their participation was invalid, etc., the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize or award it, at its absolute discretion to the next alternate winner in order, etc.

It is noted that the winner will be announced on June 26, 2026 in https://www. myglo.com/en-gr website and with a relevant post on the profile of glo Greece (@glo_greece) on Instagram in the form of an Instagram story. 

A "Valid entry" as described above means any participation in the Competition for which all of the following cumulatively apply:

(a) has been formulated in accordance with the present terms, posted on the Websites and does not contravene the applicable law, morality and public order,
(b) has been submitted in accordance with the procedure described in Article 3;
(c) the participation does not constitute, at the discretion of the Organizer, by itself product of illegal technical interference on the Organizer’s systems or in general fraud or unlawful interference by the participant or a third party and
(d) has been submitted and registered in the Organizer’s systems, within the specified period of time.

6.    Prize Claim

The winner, after informing that he/she accepts the prize, will receive an update asking for his details for identification. The winner will receive the prize upon arrangement with the company.

7.    Personal data – Declaration of consent

Legitimate grounds for processing your personal data are:

(a) taking pre-contractual measures at your request, in order to participate in the competition.
(b) the execution of a contract regarding the selection of the winner and the receipt of the relevant prize. In particular, the privacy policy and the terms of use set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) can be found here.

8.    Amendment of Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to change the present terms, to shorten or extend the duration of the competition or to revoke it with its prior announcement by any appropriate means for this purpose.

9.    Acceptance of terms – Consent

9.1 Participation in the Competition presupposes and implies the unconditional acceptance of all the terms hereof.

9.2 Participation in the competition may be subject to changes or interruptions that are completely dependent on the capabilities of the existing technology on which the action is based and which are beyond the control and responsibility of the Organizer, who is not responsible for all the above reasons.

10.    Cancellation of participation in the Competition

The winner, at any stage, can be disqualified for the following reasons:

(a) in the event that, for any reason, he/she does not fully accept these terms in their entirety, all of which are considered essential;
(b) in the event that his/her participation does not meet any of the terms hereof,
(c) In the event that, for any reason, the attempt to contact the winner for the acceptance of the prize proves unsuccessful.
(d) in the event that at any stage of the Competition, even that of claim of the prizes, the winner does not wish to accept his/her prize or refuses to sign a certificate of acceptance thereof or refuses to provide proof of his/her identity, such as public documents (e.g. identity card, passport, driver's license), or does not fully accept, for any reason, these Terms in their entirety,  which are all considered essential, their participation is cancelled and this person permanently loses his/her right to the prize.
(e) the Organizer reserves the right to cancel participations with the result that the interested parties won’t be able to participate in the competition, in case their details are incomplete, they offend the image of the Organizer or morals and customs, public decency, etc.

In any case of cancellation of the winner's participation, his/her right to the prize is acquired by the next alternate winner.

11.    Organizer's Responsibility

The Organizer is not responsible in the event that, for any technical reason, it is temporarily impossible to receive and register the participation of any participant in the Competition, or to determine the winner through the registration system. In any case, the Organizer's liability shall be limited to acts or omissions due to intent or gross negligence and in no case will it extend to unforeseen circumstances or events of force majeure. The Organizer shall not be held liable to the winner and participants in the event that due to force majeure, is unable to fulfill his obligations under these terms. The Organizer will not be responsible for any delays, changes.

12.    Instagram 

The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or conducted by Instagram, nor is affiliated with it in any way, therefore Instagram shall not be held liable for any claim or claim of a participant or any third party arising from or in connection with this Competition.
