Terms and Conditions of the "Adriatique Χ glo™ Competition"

The company British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A., based in Maroussi, Attica, 27 Agiou Thoma Street (hereinafter referred to for the sake of brevity as "the Organizer"), organizes the competition entitled "Adriatique Χ glo™ Competition" (hereinafter referred to for the sake of brevity as "the Competition").

By participating in the competition, all participants fully and without any reservation accept the following terms:

1. Eligibility – Conditions

Eligible to participate in the Competition are those smokers who have reached the age of 18, are residents of Greece and have legal capacity. The employees of the companies British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A., Digital Wise and Digital Velocity and their associates, as well as their spouses and relatives of the first and second degree, are not eligible to participate.

Consumers who place an order of a total value exceeding thirty five euros (€35) through the Organizer’s online store https://www.myglo.com/el-gr during the validity period of the Competition, shall be eligible to participate in the draw, regardless of the nature of the products (devices and/or consumables) or their category (offers and/or subscriptions) included in the order.

By submitting an order exceeding thirty five euros (€35) on the Organizer’s website https://www.myglo.com/el-gr, each participant declares that they are a smoker, over 18 years of age, and therefore have the required legal capacity to perform acts from which rights and obligations arise, such as purchasing products or participating in a competition.
In the event that a person who is not entitled to participate is the lucky winner of the prize participates in the Competition, his participation will be canceled, he will forfeit the relevant right and he will not be granted the corresponding prize.

2. Duration

2.1 The Competition starts on Monday, 18 May 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the "Opening of the Competition") and ends on Thursday 21 May 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the "Closing of the Competition").

The draw for the winners, who will win the prizes of the Competition, will be held on Thursday, May 21 at 13:00 p.m., immediately after the end of the Competition.

2.2 Entries submitted within the time limits of the competition are considered valid and after the expiration of the closing date of the above competition, no entry will be accepted.

2.3. The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, limit or extend the duration of the Competition, by amending these terms.

3. Participation in the competition

The way to participate in the Competition is as follows:
In order to take part in the competition, participants shall: 
(a)    visit myglo.com/en-gr/ website.
(b)    confirm that they are over 18 years of age in the pop-up window that will be displayed.
(c)    proceed with purchase of products above 35€ as well as
(d)    accept these terms and conditions 

In order for each entry to be considered valid, all the above steps shall have been followed, while the omission of even one of them shall render the entry invalid. All entries shall be collected by the Organizer following the end of the Competition. The Organizer will compile the names of all consumers/participants who have placed orders exceeding thirty-five euros (€35) during the period in which the Competition is valid, and on the specified date referred to above, a draw shall be conducted to determine the winners of the prizes.

4. Prizes

4.1. The prizes awarded to five (5) lucky winners, are one (1) double invitation per winner to enter the event, which will take place on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 17:00 p.m. at the Petra Theater, Athens. 
Participants will win the above prizes following a draw that will be held at the offices of British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A. Company. 
The winners will be notified of their selection via email address sent by the Organizer, based on the contact details they have provided. The notification e-mail will include the contest prize (one (1) double invitation per winner).

4.2. The prizes are completely personal, non-transferable and the winners of the Competition do not have the right to exchange them for money or other replaceable items.

5. Announcement of the winners of the Competition - Prize claim

During the draw, on the day and time specified above, five (5) lucky winners and five (5) alternate winners will be selected
A "Valid entry" as described above means any participation in the Competition for which all of the following cumulatively apply:
(a) has been formulated in accordance with the present terms, posted on the Websites and does not contravene the applicable law, morality and public order,
(b) has been submitted in accordance with the procedure described in Article 3;
(c) the participation does not constitute, at the discretion of the Organizer, by itself product of illegal technical interference on the Organizer’s systems or in general fraud or unlawful interference by the participant or a third party and
(d) has been submitted and registered in the Organizer’s systems, within the specified period of time.

Each winner will be notified of their selection and will receive their prize (one (1) double invitation) via electronic mail (e-mail). In the event that any of the winners does not accept the contest prize, they shall promptly notify the Organizer so that it may be awarded to the next alternate winner, in the order in which they were drawn. If none of the alternates accept the prize, cannot be reached, or are deemed to have submitted an invalid entry, etc., the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize or allocate it, at its sole discretion, to the next eligible alternate in sequence, and so on.

6. Personal data – Declaration of consent

Legitimate grounds for processing your personal data are: 

(a) taking pre-contractual measures at your request, in order to participate in the competition.
(b) the execution of a contract regarding the selection of the winner and the receipt of the relevant prize. In particular, the privacy policy and the terms of use set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) can be found here and here.

7. Amendment of Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to change the present terms, to shorten or extend the duration of the competition or to revoke it with its prior announcement by any appropriate means for this purpose.

8. Acceptance of terms – Consent

8.1 Participation in the Competition presupposes and implies the unconditional acceptance of all the terms hereof.

8.2 Participation in the competition may be subject to changes or interruptions that are completely dependent on the capabilities of the existing technology on which the action is based and which are beyond the control and responsibility of the Organizer, which is not responsible for all the above reasons.

9. Cancellation of participation in the Competition

Any of the winners at any stage can be disqualified for the following reasons:

(a) in the event that, for any reason, he/she does not fully accept these terms in their entirety, all of which are considered essential;
(b) in the event that his/her participation does not meet any of the terms hereof,
(c) In the event that, for any reason, the attempt to contact the winner for the acceptance of the prize proves unsuccessful.
(d) in the event that at any stage of the Competition, even that of claim of the prizes, the winner does not wish to accept his/her prize or refuses to sign a certificate of acceptance thereof or refuses to provide proof of his/her identity, such as public documents (e.g. identity card, passport, driver's license), or does not fully accept, for any reason, these Terms in their entirety,  which are all considered essential, their participation is cancelled and this person permanently loses his/her right to the prize.
(e) the Organizer reserves the right to cancel participations with the result that the interested parties won’t be able to participate in the competition, in case their details are incomplete, they offend the image of the Organizer or morals and customs, public decency, etc.

In any case of cancellation of the winner's participation, his/her right to the prize is acquired by the next alternate winner.

10. Organizer's Responsibility

The Organizer is not responsible in the event that, for any technical reason, it is temporarily impossible to receive and register the participation of any participant in the Competition, or to determine the winner through the registration system. In any case, the Organizer's liability shall be limited to acts or omissions due to intent or gross negligence and in no case will it extend to unforeseen circumstances or events of force majeure. The Organizer shall not be held liable to the winner and participants in the event that due to force majeure, is unable to fulfill his obligations under these terms. The Organizer will not be responsible for any delays, changes.
