Terms and Conditions of the "Circle Hub" Competition
The company British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A., incorporated in Maroussi, Attica, 27 Agiou Thoma Street (hereinafter referred to for the sake of brevity as "the Organizer"), organizes the competition entitled "Circle Hub Competition" (hereinafter referred to for the sake of brevity as "the Competition") in the context of informational and other promotional activities for the Organizer's products.
By participating in the competition, all participants fully and without any reservation accept the following terms:
1. Eligibility – Conditions
Eligible to participate in the Competition are those smokers who have reached the age of 18, are residents of Greece and have legal capacity. The employees of the companies British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A., Digital Velocity, Creace SA, BBDO Omilos Epikoinonias S.A[AA1.1]. and their associates, as well as their spouses and relatives of the first and second degree, are not eligible to participate.
In the event that a person not entitled to participate is declared a winner of a prize, their participation shall be deemed invalid, they shall forfeit the relevant right and they shall not be awarded the corresponding prize.
2. Duration
2.1 The Competition starts on Tuesday, 16 June 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the “Opening of the Competition”) and ends on Friday, 31 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the “Closing of the Competition”) and shall be divided into the following sub-periods: (a) from Tuesday, 16 June 2026 until Tuesday, 23 June 2026; (b) from Wednesday, 24 June 2026 until Tuesday, 30 June 2026; (c) from Wednesday, 1 July 2026 until Tuesday, 7 July 2026; (d) from Wednesday, 8 July 2026 until Tuesday, 14 July 2026; (e) from Wednesday, 15 July 2026 until Tuesday, 21 July 2026; (f) from Wednesday, 22 July 2026 until Tuesday, 28 July 2026; (g) from Wednesday, 29 July 2026 until Friday, 31 July 2026.
During the Competition period, weekly draws shall be conducted for the selection of the winners, who shall receive the Competition prizes. In particular, the following draws shall be held: (a) on Wednesday, 24 June 2026 at 12:00 p.m.; (b) on Wednesday, 1 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m.; (c) on Wednesday, 8 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m.; (d) on Wednesday, 15 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m.; (e) on Wednesday, 22 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m.; (f) on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m.; (g) on Wednesday, 5 August 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
2.2 Entries submitted within the above weekly timeframes shall be deemed valid. In order to submit a new entry for the next scheduled draw, interested participants shall be required to follow the steps described in detail in Article 3 below of these Terms. Following the expiry of the Competition period, no further entries shall be accepted.
2.3. The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, limit or extend the duration of the Competition, by amending these terms.
3. Participation in the competition
In order to participate in the Competition, participants shall:
(a) visit the website https://www.myglo.com/en-gr/
(b) confirm that they are over 18 years of age through the pop-up window displayed upon access;
(c) complete their personal details (name, surname, date of birth, contact phone number and e-mail address) to the relevant participation form available in the Competition section “Circle Hub” of the Website
(d) accept the present Terms and Conditions;
(e) select their preferred method of communication (email, SMS, telephone, Viber) by completing the relevant field;
(f) declare that they follow the glo_greece Instagram profile; and
(g) submit the participation form.
In order for each entry to be considered valid, all the above steps shall have been followed, while the omission of even one of them shall render the entry invalid. All entries shall be collected and on the specific dates mentioned above, the relevant draws shall be conducted to determine the winners of the prizes.
It is noted that, in order to participate in the next scheduled draw, interested participants shall be required to submit a new participation form in accordance with the above procedure.
4. Prizes
4.1. The prizes for the competition titled “Circle Hub”, which shall take place from Tuesday, 16 June 2026 until Friday, 31 July 2026, shall consist, for each weekly draw, of three (3) reservations (one for each winner) at the following bar restaurants:
(A) one (1) table with a maximum consumption allowance of up to one hundred euro (€100) at the “Ichigo Ichie” venue, located in the center of Athens;
(B) one (1) table with a maximum consumption allowance of up to one hundred euro (€100) at the “Upupa Epops” venue, located in Petralona;
(C) one (1) table with a maximum consumption allowance of up to one hundred euro (€100) at the “Che Cocina y Barra Sudamericana” venue, located in Piraeus.
Reservations at each venue may be scheduled on the following dates: (a) for the winners of the 1st draw, on Friday, 26 June 2026 or Saturday, 27 June 2026; (b) for the winners of the 2nd draw, on Friday, 3 July 2026 or Saturday, 4 July 2026; (c) for the winners of the 3rd draw, on Friday, 10 July 2026 or Saturday, 11 July 2026; (d) for the winners of the 4th draw, on Friday, 17 July 2026 or Saturday, 18 July 2026; (e) for the winners of the 5th draw, on Friday, 24 July 2026 or Saturday, 25 July 2026; (f) for the winners of the 6th draw, on Friday, 31 July 2026 or Saturday, 1 August 2026; (g) for the winners of the 7th draw, on Friday, 7 August 2026 or Saturday, 8 August 2026.
Participants shall win the above prizes following a draw that shall be conducted on the dates specified above at the premises of the Organizer.
The winners of each draw shall be notified of their selection by the Organizer or an affiliate company through one of the following means of communication: email, SMS, Viber message or telephone call. During such communication, each winner shall provide the Organizer with their full name and confirm their email address for the purpose of sending the reservation prize including their full details.
4.2. The prizes are completely personal, non-transferable and the winners of the Competition do not have the right to exchange them for money or other replaceable items.
5. Announcement of the winners of the Competition
During each draw, on the day and time specified above, three (3) lucky winners and three (3) alternate winners shall be selected. Each winner shall be notified on the day of the draw by the Organizing Company or by an affiliate, based on the contact details submitted. In the event that it is not possible to contact a winner by 18:00 p.m. of the day of the draw, i.e. until Wednesday, 24 June 2026; Wednesday, 1 July 2026; Wednesday, 8 July 2026; Wednesday, 15 July 2026; Wednesday, 22 July 2026; Wednesday, 29 July 2026; and Wednesday, 5 August 2026, and he/she does not contact the Organizer or the affiliate within the above period of time (including the unforeseen circumstances and force majeure), or in the event that at any point in time it is determined that their participation was invalid, this person permanently loses their right to the prize of the Competition. The prize is subsequently awarded to the alternate winner, in the order selected by the draw. The communication with the alternate winner takes place on the same day after the final loss of the right to acquire the prize by the declared winner. If none of the alternate winners can be found or it is determined that their participation was not valid, etc., the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize or award it, at its absolute discretion to the next alternate winner in order, etc.
A "Valid entry" as described above means any participation in the Competition for which all of the following cumulatively apply:
(a) has been formulated in accordance with the present terms, posted on the Websites and does not contravene the applicable law, morality and public order,
(b) has been submitted in accordance with the procedure described in Article 3;
(c) the participation does not constitute, at the discretion of the Organizer, by itself product of illegal technical interference on the Organizer’s systems or in general fraud or unlawful interference by the participant or a third party and
(d) has been submitted and registered in the Organizer’s systems, within the specified period of time.
6. Prize Claim
Each winner, after informing that they accept the prize, shall receive an update asking for their identification details. Each winner shall receive the prize upon arrangement with the company.
7. Personal data – Declaration of consent
Legitimate grounds for processing your personal data are:
(a) taking pre-contractual measures at your request, in order to participate in the competition.
(b) the execution of a contract regarding the selection of the winner and the receipt of the relevant prize. In particular, the privacy policy and the terms of use set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) can be found here and here .
8. Amendment of Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the present terms, to shorten or extend the duration of the competition or to revoke it with its prior announcement by any appropriate means for this purpose.
9. Acceptance of terms – Consent
9.1 Participation in the Competition presupposes and implies the unconditional acceptance of all the terms hereof.
9.2 Participation in the competition may be subject to changes or interruptions that are completely dependent on the capabilities of the existing technology on which the action is based and which are beyond the control and responsibility of the Organizer, which is not responsible for all the above reasons.
10. Cancellation of participation in the Competition
Any of the winners at any stage can be disqualified for the following reasons:
(a) in the event that, for any reason, he/she does not fully accept these terms in their entirety, all of which are considered essential;
(b) in the event that their participation does not meet any of the terms hereof,
(c) In the event that, for any reason, the attempt to contact the winner for the acceptance of the prize proves unsuccessful.
(d) in the event that at any stage of the Competition, even that of claim of the prizes, the winner does not wish to accept their prize or refuses to sign a certificate of acceptance thereof or refuses to provide proof of their identity, such as public documents (e.g. identity card, passport, driver's license), or does not fully accept, for any reason, these Terms in their entirety, which are all considered essential, their participation is cancelled and this person permanently loses their right to the prize.
(e) the Organizer reserves the right to cancel participations with the result that the interested parties won’t be able to participate in the competition, in case their details are incomplete, they offend the image of the Organizer or morals and customs, public decency, etc.
In any case of cancellation of the winner's participation, their right to the prize is acquired by the next alternate winner.
11. Organizer's Responsibility
The Organizer is not responsible in the event that, for any technical reason, it is temporarily impossible to receive and register the participation of any participant in the Competition, or to determine the winner through the registration system. In any case, the Organizer's liability shall be limited to acts or omissions due to intent or gross negligence and in no case shall it extend to unforeseen circumstances or events of force majeure. The Organizer shall not be held liable to the winner and participants in the event that due to force majeure, is unable to fulfill its obligations under these terms. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any delays, changes.
