myglo™ Rewards Competition

 COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

“myglo™ Rewards Competition” 


The company “British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A.”, with registered office in Marousi, Attica, at 27 Agiou Thoma Street (hereinafter referred to for the sake of brevity as the “Organiser”), is organising a competition entitled “myglo™ Rewards Competition” in the context of promoting its products. 


By participating in the Competition, all participants fully and unreservedly accept the following terms and conditions: 



Eligibility – Requirements 


Eligible to participate in the Competition are smokers who have reached the age of 18, are residents of Greece, have legal capacity and are registered members of the myglo™ Rewards loyalty programme. 


Employees of British American Tobacco Hellas S.A., Digital Velocity, Care Direct S.A., Digital Wise as well as their spouses and first-degree and second-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate. 


By participating in the Competition, each participant declares that they meet the eligibility requirements set out herein, that they are a smoker over the age of 18 and that they have the required legal capacity to perform acts from which rights and obligations arise, such as participating in a competition. 


In the event that a person not entitled to participate is declared a winner of a prize, their participation shall be deemed invalid, they shall forfeit the relevant right and they shall not be awarded the corresponding prize. 



Competition Duration and Draws 


The Competition starts on Tuesday, 4 August 2026 and ends on Thursday, 31 December 2026. 


During the Competition, one (1) draw will be held each month, for the months of August, September, October, November and December 2026. 


In each monthly draw, two (2) winners will be selected, each of whom will win one (1) Apple iPhone 17 device. 


Each monthly draw will include all valid entries obtained during the relevant month, in accordance with these terms and conditions. 


Entries shall be deemed valid provided that they meet the eligibility requirements for participation in the Competition during the relevant entry period, as set out in detail in the table below. For the valid acquisition of an entry into the next scheduled draw, all requirements described in the relevant clause of these Terms and Conditions concerning the method of participation in the Competition must be met cumulatively. Entries submitted following the Competition closing date of 31 December 2026 shall be deemed invalid and shall not be accepted. 


The draws will take place at the Organiser’s offices, in the presence of a lawyer, who will select two (2) winners and three (3) runners-up for each monthly draw. In the event that, for any reason, any of the draws cannot be conducted on the scheduled date, such draw will take place within ten (10) business days thereafter.

The Organising Company reserves the right to modify, limit or extend the duration of the Competition, by amending these terms. 



Participation in the Competition 


Participation in the Competition requires all of the following: 

  • the participant must be a registered member of the myglo™ Rewards loyalty programme, 

  • the participant must have the required number of points in their myglo™ Rewards account, and 

  • the participant must complete the redemption of one hundred (100) points through their myglo™ Rewards account in order to obtain an entry into the respective monthly draw. 


Each redemption of one hundred (100) points corresponds to one (1) entry into the respective monthly draw. 


There is no restriction on the number of entries that each participant may obtain, provided that they make multiple redemptions of one hundred (100) points during the respective monthly entry period. 


Regardless of their total number of entries, each participant may be selected as a winner only once (1) throughout the entire duration of the Competition. In the event that a person who has already won a prize in a previous draw of this Competition is selected again as a winner, the prize will be awarded to the next runner-up. 


For an entry to be deemed valid, all of the above requirements must be met cumulatively. Failure to comply with any one of these requirements shall render the entry automatically invalid. All entries obtained during each respective entry period shall be collected and included in the relevant draws, which will be conducted on dates to be announced by the Organiser through a subsequent announcement on the Website, for the purpose of selecting the prize winners. 


A "Valid entry" as described above means any participation in the Competition for which all of the following cumulatively apply: 


(a) has been formulated in accordance with the present terms, posted on the Websites and does not contravene the applicable law, morality and public order, 

(b) has been submitted in accordance with the procedure described in the present term; 

(c) the participation does not constitute, at the discretion of the Organizer, by itself product of illegal technical interference on the Organizer’s systems or in general fraud or unlawful interference by the participant or a third party and 

(d) has been submitted and registered in the Organizer’s systems, within the specified period of time. 



Prizes 


During the Competition, a total of ten (10) Apple iPhone 17 devices will be awarded, namely two (2) devices per monthly draw for the period from August 2026 to December 2026 inclusive. 


The prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor may their replacement with other products or gifts be requested. 


The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any actual or legal defect in the Prize, nor for any issue arising from the winner’s use or enjoyment thereof.  


The Apple iPhone 17 product is referred to solely for the purpose of describing the Prize. Apple is neither a sponsor, co-organiser nor partner of this Competition and is not affiliated with the Competition in any way. 


 

Announcement of Winners – Prize Delivery 


The winners will be announced by the Organiser or by a company acting on its behalf through any appropriate means. 


The prizes will be delivered to the winners at the address they specify, following communication (via email, SMS, Viber message or telephone call) after the announcement of the winners by an authorised representative of the Organiser, or of a company acting on its behalf. The prizes will be sent to the winners within ten (10) business days from the relevant notification, upon presentation of an identity card or other lawful identification document. 



Personal data – Declaration of consent 


Legitimate grounds for processing your personal data are:  


(a) taking pre-contractual measures at your request, for the purpose of registering you as a member of the mygloTM Rewards loyalty programme;. 


(b) the execution of a contract in relation to your participation in the Competition, the selection of the winner and the receipt of the relevant prize. In particular, the privacy policy and the terms of use set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) can be found here. 


 

Amendment of Terms 

 

The Organiser reserves the right to amend the present terms, to shorten or extend the duration of the Competition or revoke it, following prior announcement by any appropriate means. 


Acceptance of Terms – Consent 


Participation in the Competition requires and entails the unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions herein. 


Participation in the Competition may be subject to changes or interruptions that depend entirely on the capabilities of the existing technology on which the activity is based and which are beyond the control and responsibility of the Organiser, which shall bear no responsibility for the aforementioned reasons. 


Organiser's Responsibility 


The Organiser shall not be deemed responsible in the event that, for any technical reason, it is temporarily impossible to receive and register the participation of any participant in the Competition, or to determine the winner through the registration system. In any case, the Organiser's liability shall be limited to acts or omissions due to intent or gross negligence and shall in no circumstances extend to unforeseen circumstances or events of force majeure. The Organiser shall not be held liable to the winner and participants in the event that due to force majeure, is unable to fulfill its obligations under these terms. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any delays, changes. 


Cancellation of Participation in the Competition 


Any of the winners, at any stage, may be disqualified for the following reasons: 

  • in the event that, for any reason, they do not fully accept the present terms and conditions in their entirety, all of which are considered essential, 

  • in the event that their participation does not meet any of the terms herein, 

  • in the event that, for any reason, the attempt to contact the winner for the acceptance of the prize proves unsuccessful, 

  • in the event that the winner refuses to accept their prize or refuses to sign a certificate of acceptance thereof or refuses to provide proof of their identity, such as public documents (e.g. identity card, passport, driver's license), or does not fully accept, for any reason, these Terms in their entirety,  which are all considered essential, their participation is cancelled and this person permanently loses their right to the prize. 

  • in the event that  in the Organiser’s sole discretion, their details are incomplete, inaccurate or offend the image of the Organiser or public morals and good customs. 

In any case of cancellation of a winner’s participation, the right to the prize shall be awarded to the next runner-up. 


Jurisdiction – Governing Law 


Any dispute arising in relation to the Competition shall be referred exclusively to the Courts of Athens and Greek law shall apply.
