HOW DOES glo™ WORK?
glo™ devices utilizes a smart technology where it controls the heat of specially designed tobacco sticks (also known as neo™ tobacco sticks) and non tobacco sticks (also known as veo™ sticks). As you insert the tobacco stick inside the device, the temperature level is maintained at a level to produce aerosol and release nicotine without any form of combustion.
Induction technology is a way for glo™ to evenly heat the stick via a magnetic field (a source of energy transfer to a heating element). More specifically, an electronically heating blade makes sure that the walls surrounding the inserted stick is at a monitored temperature to ensure authentic taste without the combustion process.

Like any electronic device, glo™ should be used in the right way and properly maintained. Every user should be aware of how it works and how to clean glo™ so that the device functions with no trouble.

As in the case of mobile phones, we must properly charge our glo™ devices as the life of the battery depends on it. Firstly, you should always use the original accessories provided by the manufacturer. HOW TO CLEAN THE glo™ DEVICE?
For heating devices, the key to successful maintenance is cleaning them. Even though we are not dealing with ash that originally gets formed from cigarettes, it does not mean that there isn’t any sediment that gets accumulated inside the heating chamber. If we don’t get rid of it, then our experience and comfort of using the device degrades overtime.
It is essential to remember that the heating devices should not be cleaned immediately after use as it is simply too hot. You would want to wait and hold off cleaning your device for about five minutes after your session ends to avoid getting burned.
Once you have made sure that the glo™ device has cooled down, you can proceed by opening the special cleaning hole located at the bottom of the device. It is best to start the cleaning from the top, where you would need to open the shutter door. Holding the glo™ upright, gently guide the brush into the heating chamber and make a few steady motions. With the heating device in the upright position, you can make sure that all the sediment will pour out through the open hole on the other side. You should then repeat the whole process, this time inserting the brush into the other hole.
After this procedure the device should be cleaned and ready for further use. There is nothing stopping you from cleaning your device after every use, but the most optimal maintenance is every twenty sessions.
