How long does the device guarantee last?

The device warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

The consumer should have registered the device in the system through myglo.com or the Customer Service Line 800-500-1450 or have kept the purchase receipt and the packaging of the device given at the points of sale or from his online purchase.

How to clean your device.

First of all, all Hyper devices are covered by a 24-month warranty.
If you need further support, all you need to do is contact the myglo™ care team at 800-500-1450* or send us an email at info.gr@myglo.com.
Also, there will be no hassle for you. Our courier service will replace your device as soon as possible (depending on the area you live in).

To begin with, we encourage you to brush your glo™ device with every pack. But even if that doesn’t happen, don’t worry! Sometimes our devices may be exposed to increased heat, humidity, and strain. That’s why every device comes with a 24 month warranty. No matter what’s happened to it during that time, your glo™ care team has got your back. Simply start a chat with us anytime, and we will send a replacement to you as soon as possible* with no questions asked! If your device is not working as intended and is outside its warranty, we suggest it may be time to invest in the newest technology at your local retailer or online here.

To check if your device is still within its warranty, simply locate the purchase date on your receipt or the confirmation email you received when you bought the device. Our devices come with a 24 month warranty, so if it's been less than two years since your purchase, you're covered!
