QuickStart technology begins heating automatically when the stick is inserted, the device is ready to use in around 10 seconds.

Simple Maintenance

Routine maintenance helps support consistent performance. A quick brush with the maintenance tool once a month, or every 500 sessions, helps keep the device clean. Before performing any maintenance, allow the device to cool down for at least 10 minutes and press the control button three times to ensure it is locked.

How to use my device

Turn on the device

Slide the door to open the heating chamber and insert the stick.

Insert the stick

Gently insert the stick from the correct side up to the drawn line. Remember that the graphic must be outside the heating chamber.

Prepare for the session

Choose between standard or boost mode. After around 10 seconds, a vibration indicates that the device is ready and the session has started.

Remove the stick

When the device vibrates again, the session is complete. Remove the stick and close the sliding door.

Clean your device

After every 20 sessions, open both the heating chamber and the cleaning door and use the brush provided to clean the heating chamber from both ends. Rinse the brush under running water and allow to dry before using it again.

The glo™ Hyper pro+ is designed to provide up to 3 consecutive sessions.

No. Changing the heating mode is not possible once the session has started.

The glo™ Hyper pro+ provides up to 20 sessions on a single charge.

The device can be fully charged in less than 90 minutes using the recommended adapter (5V / 3A) and a USB‑C cable.

To activate the device:

1. Open the sliding door. “Hi” appears on the display, followed by the Standard mode indication.

2. Select the mode before inserting the stick. Press the control button briefly to switch between Standard and Boost.

3. Insert the stick into the heating chamber with the printed side facing up.

4. The device starts heating the stick and vibrates when it is ready.

5. Place the stick to your lips and inhale gently until the session ends.

6. Remove and dispose of the stick, then close the heating chamber.

7. The device automatically remembers the last mode used for future sessions.

To reboot, press and hold the control button down for 8 seconds. The screen will show a reboot countdown. Once it finishes, release the button. After your device completes the reboot, a checkmark will appear on screen.
