Contest Terms "Votanikos & Anodos Live Stage Consumer Competition"

The company British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A., based in Maroussi, Attica, 27 Agiou Thomas Street (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), organizes the competition entitled " Votanikos & Anodos Live Stage " (hereinafter referred to for the sake of brevity as "the Competition") in the context of the promotion of the Organizer's products.
By participating in the competition, all participants fully and without any reservation accept the following terms:

1. Eligibility – Conditions

Eligible to participate in the Competition are those smokers who have reached the age of 18, are residents of Greece and have legal capacity. Employees of the companies British American Tobacco Hellas S.A., Flying Pot Group P.C. and their associates, as well as their spouses and relatives of the first and second degree, are not eligible to participate.
In the event that a person who is not entitled to participate and is one of the lucky winners of the prize participates in the Competition, his participation will be canceled, he will forfeit the relevant right and he will not be granted the corresponding prize.

2. Duration

2.1 The Competition for the event " Votanikos & Anodos Live Stage" starts on Thursday, 29th of January 2026 at about 12:00 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the "Opening of the Competition") and ends on Tuesday, 3rd of February 2026 at about 12:00 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the "Closing of the Competition").

The draw for the determination of the winner who will win the prize of the competition, will take place on Tuesday, 3rd of February 2026 approximately at 12:30 p.m. following the end of the competition.  

2.2 Entries submitted within the above time limits of the competition are considered valid and after the expiration of the closing date of the above competition, no entry will be accepted.

2.3. The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, limit or extend the duration of the Competition, by amending these terms.

3. Participation in the competition

In order to take part in the competition, participants shall a) follow Instagram page of glo Greece (glo_greece), b)  like the relevant post that will be posted for the Competition, c) leave a comment mentioning which of the two event venues they prefer (Botanikos or Anodos), and d) tag an adult friend/s in the comments under the post, whom they will bring with them to the event. All of the above steps must be followed for each entry in order to be considered valid and missing even one of them will render the entry invalid. All entries will be collected, and on the specified date mentioned above, the draw to select the winner of the prize will take place. 

4. Prize

4.1. The prize, for the competition “Votanikos & Anodos Live Stage”, which will take place from Thursday, 29th of January 2026 and ends on Tuesday, 3rd of February 2026 is a reservation of one (1) table with one (1) premium bottle for up to six (6) people on Friday 6th February 2026, at each venue.

One of the participants will win the above prize following a draw that will be held at the offices of  Flying Pot Advertising Company.

The winner will be notified for his/her selection via Instagram Story and will receive a direct message from the Organizer on Instagram. During this communication, the winner shall provide the Organizer with his/her full name as well as his/her email address, in order for the prize reservation to be sent to them with his/her complete details. 

4.2. The prizes are strictly personal, non-transferable, and the winner of the Competition does not have the right to exchange them for money or other replaceable items.

5. Announcement of Winner of the competition  

During the draw, on the day and time specified above, one (1) lucky winner and two (2) alternate winners for the event “Votanikos & Anodos Live Stage” will be selected. The Organiser will then inform the winner based on the contact details provided. In the event that it is not possible to contact the winner by 18:00 p.m. on the day of the draw, i.e. on Wednesday 4th February 2026 and the winner does not contact the Organiser within the above period (including the unforeseen circumstances and force majeure), or in the event that at any point in time it is judged that his/her participation was invalid, this person permanently loses his/her right to the prize of the Competition. The prize is subsequently awarded to the alternate winner, in the order selected by the draw. The communication with the alternate winners takes place on the same day after the final loss of the right to acquire the prize by the declared winner. If none of the alternate winners can be found or it is determined that their participation was invalid, etc., the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize or award it, at its absolute discretion to the next alternate winner in order, etc.

A "Valid entry" as described above means any participation in the Competition for which all of the following cumulatively apply:

(a) has been formulated in accordance with the present terms, posted on the Websites and does not contravene the applicable law, morality and public order,
(b) has been submitted in accordance with the procedure described in Article 3;
(c) the participation does not consitute, at the discretion of the Organiser, by itself product of illegal technical interference on the Organiser's systems or in general fraud or unlawful interference by the participant or a third party and
(d) has been submitted and registered in the Organiser's systems, within the specified period of time.

6. Prize Claim

The winner, after informing that he accepts the prize, will receive an update asking for his details for identification. The winner will receive the prize upon arrangement with the company.

7. Personal data – Declaration of consent

Legitimate grounds for processing your personal data are:

(a) taking pre-contractual measures at your request, in order to participate in the competition.
(b) the execution of a contract regarding the selection of the winner and the receipt of the relevant prize. In particular, the privacy policy and the terms of use set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) can be found here. 

8. Modification of Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to change the present terms, to shorten or extend the duration of the competition or to revoke it with its prior announcement by any appropriate means for this purpose.

9. Acceptance of terms – Consent

9.1 Participation in the Competition presupposes and implies the unconditional acceptance of all the terms hereof.

9.2 Participation in the competition may be subject to changes or interruptions that are completely dependent on the capabilities of the existing technology on which the action is based and which are beyond the control and responsibility of the Organizer, who is not responsible for all the above reasons.

10. Cancellation of participation in the Competition

Any of the winners, at any stage, can be disqualified for the following reasons:

(a) in the event that, for any reason, he/she does not fully accept these terms in their entirety, all of which are considered essential;
(b) in the event that his/her participation does not meet any of the terms hereof,
(c) In the event that, for any reason, the attempt to contact the winner for the acceptance of the prize proves unsuccessful.
(d) in the event that at any stage of the Competition, even that of claim of the prizes, the winner does not wish to accept his/her prize or refuses to sign a certificate of acceptance thereof or refuses to provide proof of his/her identity, such as public documents (e.g. identity card, passport, driver's license), or does not fully accept, for any reason, these Terms in their entirety,  which are all considered essential, their participation is cancelled and this person permanently loses his/her right to the prize.
(e) the Organizer reserves the right to cancel participations with the result that the interested parties won’t be able to participate in the competition, in case their details are incomplete, they offend the image of the Organizer or morals and customs, public decency, etc.

In any case of cancellation of the winner's participation, his/her right to the prize is acquired by the next alternate winner.

11. Organizer's Responsibility

The Organizer is not responsible in the event that, for any technical reason, it is temporarily impossible to receive and register the participation of any participant in the Competition, or to determine the winner through the registration system. In any case, the Organizer's liability shall be limited to acts or omissions due to intent or gross negligence and in no case will it extend to unforeseen circumstances or events of force majeure. The Organizer shall not be held liable to the winner and participants in the event that due to force majeure, is unable to fulfill its obligations under these terms. The Organizer will not be responsible for any delays, changes.

12. Instagram 

The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or conducted by Instagram, nor is affiliated with it in any way, therefore Instagram shall not be held liable for any claim or claim of a participant or any third party arising from or in connection with this Contest.
