TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION “glo Offer x draw tech gifts”
The company “British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A.”, with registered offices in Marousi, Attica, 27 Agiou Thoma Street (hereinafter referred to for brevity as the “Organizer”), organizes the competition entitled “glo Offer x draw tech gifts” in the context of promoting its products.
By participating in the competition, all participants fully and unconditionally accept the following terms:
1. Right to Participate – Conditions
The right to participate in the competition is granted to smokers/nicotine consumers who have reached the age of 18, are residents of Greece, and have legal capacity. Employees of British American Tobacco Hellas S.A., Digital Wise, and Digital Velocity, as well as their spouses and first- and second-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate.
Consumers who place an order of a total value exceeding thirty euros (€30) through the Organizer’s online store https://www.myglo.com/el-gr during the validity period of the Competition shall be eligible to participate in the draw, regardless of the nature of the products (devices and/or consumables) or their category (offers and/or subscriptions) included in the order.
By submitting an order exceeding thirty euros (€30) on the Organizer’s website https://www.myglo.com/el-gr, each participant declares that they are a smoker, over 18 years of age, and therefore have the required legal capacity to perform acts from which rights and obligations arise, such as purchasing products or participating in a competition.
For the purposes of the Competition draw, participants who placed the above-mentioned order during the Competition period shall be taken into account, and the Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms throughout the duration of the Competition.
2. Duration of the Competition
The competition begins on Monday, January 19, 2026, and ends on Saturday, January 31, 2026.
3. Prizes
During the competition, the following technology products will be drawn as prizes:
• Four (4) ROHSON Air Fryers
• Three (3) ROHSON Vacuum Cleaners
• Three (3) XIAOMI Scooters
• Three (3) TASSIMO Coffee Machines
• Three (3) Instax mini Cameras
• Three (3) Marshall Speakers
• One (1) iPhone 15
• Three (3) Turbo X Skyline 3 Drones
• Six (6) Redmi Watch 3 Active
• One (1) MacBook
• Three (3) HP Projector CC200
• Thirty-two (32) Huawei FreeBuds SE 2
After the end of the Competition, the Organizer will compile the names of all consumers who placed orders exceeding thirty euros (€30) during the Competition period, in order to conduct the relevant draw.
A total of sixty-five (65) winners shall be selected, namely five (5) winners per day of the Competition’s duration. The prizes will be sent after the end of the campaign by a partner company at the discretion of the Organizer.
4. Participation in the Competition
Participation in the Competition requires the successful submission of an order with a total value exceeding thirty euros (€30) on https://www.myglo.com/el-gr during the Competition period.
5. Announcement of Winners – Prize Collection
After the end of the Competition, the Organizer will compile all consumers who placed orders exceeding thirty euros (€30) during the Competition period in order to conduct the draw.
A total of sixty-five (65) winners shall be selected, namely five (5) winners per day of the Competition’s duration. The above prizes will be delivered to each winner at the address designated by them following telephone communication after the announcement of the winners by an authorized employee of the Organizer. The prizes will be delivered to the winners in person within thirty (30) working days from the relevant notification, upon presentation of their police identity card.
6. Amendment of Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms, shorten or extend the duration of the competition, or cancel it, following prior announcement by any appropriate means.
7. Acceptance of Terms – Consent
Participation in the competition presupposes and entails the unconditional acceptance of all the terms herein.
Participation in the competition may be subject to changes or interruptions that depend entirely on the capabilities of the existing technology on which the promotion is based and which are beyond the control and responsibility of the Organizer, who bears no liability for any of the above reasons.
8. Cancellation of Participation
Any winner may be disqualified at any stage for the following reasons:
(a) if, for any reason, they do not fully accept these terms in their entirety, all of which are deemed essential,
(b) if their participation does not meet any of the terms herein,
(c) if, for any reason, attempts to contact the winner for prize utilization prove unsuccessful (including failure to provide identification and/or contact details during device registration in the CRM),
(d) in case of refusal to accept the prize by the winner,
(e) the Organizer reserves the right to cancel participations, resulting in the exclusion of interested parties from the competition, in cases where their details are incomplete or offend the image of the Organizer, good morals and customs, public decency, etc.
In any case of cancellation of a winner’s participation, the right to the prize shall pass to the immediately following alternate winner.
9. Participants do not have nor acquire any rights over the trademarks, names, indications, emblems, or other distinctive features of the Organizer.
10. During the promotion and until the prize is received, the Organizer is entitled to use the prize for advertising purposes. The prize winner is not entitled to raise any claim against BAT due to the use of the prize for advertising purposes.
11. Personal Data – Consent Declaration
Lawful grounds for processing your personal data include:
(a) taking pre-contractual measures at your request in order to participate in the competition,
(b) performance of a contract regarding the selection of the winner and receipt of the relevant prize. Specifically, the privacy policy and terms of use defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 can be found here.
12. Jurisdiction – Applicable Law
Any dispute arising in relation to the competition shall be subject exclusively to the Courts of Athens, and Greek law shall apply.
