Terms and Conditions of the "Eden Party" Contest

The company British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A., with registered office in Maroussi, Attica, 27 Agiou Thomas Street (hereinafter referred to for the sake of brevity as "the Organizer"), organizes the contest entitled "Eden Party" (hereinafter referred to for brevity as "the Contest").

By participating in the competition, all participants fully and without any reservation accept the following terms:

1. Eligibility – Conditions

Eligible to participate in the Competition are those smokers who have reached the age of 18, are residents of Greece and have legal capacity. The employees of the companies British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A. and Flying Pot Group IKE and their associates as well as their spouses and relatives of the first and second degree are not eligible to participate.

In the event that a person who is not entitled to participate and is the lucky winner of the prize participates in the Competition, his participation will be canceled, he will be forfeited of the relevant right and he will not be granted the corresponding prize.

2. Duration

2.1 The Competition starts on Tuesday, 16 December 2025 at 12:00 (hereinafter referred to as the "Opening of the Competition") and ends on Tuesday 23 December 2025 at 12:00 (hereinafter referred to as the "Closing of the Competition").
The draw for the winners, who will win the prizes of the Competition, will be held on Tuesday, December 23 at 13:00, immediately after the end of the Competition.

2.2 Entries submitted within the time limits of the competition and after the expiration of the closing date of the above competition are considered valid, no entry will be accepted.

2.3. The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, limit or extend the duration of the Competition, by amending these terms.

3. Participation in the competition

The way to participate in the Competition is as follows:

In order to take part in the competition, participants should follow the glo Greece Instagram page (glo_greece), like the relevant post that will be posted for the Competition as well as tag an adult friend in the comments below the post which they will take with them to the event. In order for each entry to be considered valid, all of the above steps must have been followed, while the omission at least and one of them will render the entry invalid. All entries will be collected and on the specific date mentioned above the draw will take place to determine the winners of the prizes.

4. Prizes

4.1. The prizes are three (3) double invitations to enter the Eden Party, which will take place on Sunday, December 28, 2025 at 17:30 p.m. at the Athens Conservatoire.
Participants will win the above prizes following a draw that will be held at the offices of the Flying Pot Advertising Company. 
The winners will be informed about their nomination through a direct message that will be sent to them on Instagram by the Organizer. During this communication, each winner must notify the Organizer of his/her name as well as his/her e-mail address in order to send the invitations (1 double invitation per winner).

4.2. The prizes are completely personal, non-transferable and the winners of the Competition do not have the right to exchange them for money or other replaceable items.

5. How to determine the winner of the Competition

During the draw, on the day and time specified above, three (3) lucky winners and three (3) runners-up will be selected. In the event that it is not possible to contact each winner by the eighteenth (18th) afternoon hour (18:00) of the day of the draw, i.e. Tuesday 23/12/2025 and he does not contact the Organizer within the above period of time (including lucky winners and force majeure),  or in the event that at any point in time it is judged that a participation was invalid, this person permanently loses his right to the prize of the Competition. The prize is then given to the runners-up, in order of their selection from the draw. The communication with the runners-up takes place on the same day after the final loss of the right to acquire the prize by the winner. If none of the runners-up can be found or it is judged that their participation was not valid, etc., the Organizer has the right to cancel the prize or make it available at its absolute discretion to the next runner-up in order, etc.

"Valid entry" as described above means any entry in the Competition for which the following cumulatively apply:

(a) has been formulated in accordance with these terms posted on the Websites and is not contrary to the applicable legislation, morality and public order;
(b) has been submitted in accordance with the procedure described in Article 3;
(c) the participation is not, at the discretion of the Organiser, in itself the product of illegal technical influence on the Organiser's systems or in general fraud or unlawful interference by the participant or a third party and
(d) has been submitted and registered in the Organiser's systems, within the specified period of time.

6. Gift Receipt

Each winner, after informing that they accept the prize, will receive an update asking for their identification details. The receipt of the gift will be made after consultation with the company.

7. Personal data – Declaration of consent

Legitimate grounds for processing your personal data are: 

(a) taking pre-contractual measures at your request, in order to participate in the competition.
(b) the execution of a contract regarding the selection of the winner and the receipt of the relevant prize. In particular, the privacy policy and the terms of use set out in the

General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) can be found here.

8. Modification of Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to change these terms, to shorten or extend the duration of the competition or to revoke it with its prior announcement by any appropriate means for this purpose.

9. Acceptance of terms – Consent

9.1 Participation in the Competition presupposes and implies the unconditional acceptance of all the terms hereof.
9.2 Participation in the competition may be subject to changes or interruptions that are completely dependent on the capabilities of the existing technology on which the action is based and which are beyond the control and responsibility of the Organizer, which is not responsible for all the above reasons.

10. Cancellation of participation in the Competition

Any of the winners at any stage can be cancelled for the following reasons:

(a) in the event that, for any reason, it does not fully accept these terms in their entirety, all of which are considered essential;
(b) in the event that his/her participation does not meet any of the terms hereof,
(c) In the event that, for any reason, the attempt to contact the winner to use the prize is fruitless.
(d) in the event that at any stage of the Competition, even that of the receipt of the prizes, any winner does not wish to accept his prize or refuses to sign a certificate of acceptance thereof or refuses to provide proof of his identity, such as public documents (e.g. identity card, passport, driver's license), or does not accept, for any reason, these Terms in their entirety;  which are all considered essential, the participation of this person is cancelled and this person permanently loses his right to the prize.
(e) the Organizer reserves the right to cancel entries with the result that the interested parties do not participate in the competition, in case their details are incomplete, offend the image of the Organizer or good morals and customs, public decency, etc.
In any case of cancellation of a winner's participation, his/her right to the prize is acquired by the next runner-up.

11. Organizer's Responsibility

The Organizer is not responsible in the event that for any technical reason it is temporarily impossible to receive and register the participation of any participant from the system for registering entries in the Competition and determining the winner. In any case, the Organizer's liability will be limited to his acts or omissions due to intent or gross negligence and in no case will it extend to unfortunate events or events of force majeure. The Organizer shall not be liable to the winner and participants in the event that due to force majeure it is unable to comply with its obligations under these terms. The Organizer will not be responsible for any delays, changes

12. Instagram

The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or conducted by Instagram, nor is it affiliated with it in any way, therefore Instagram shall not be liable for any claim or claim of an entrant or any third party arising out of or in connection with this Contest.
