She is one of those achievers who enchant you with their path . However, it was not always like this. "I did not start my involvement with bars because I had a goal and wanted to succeed. I found myself more by chance. However, because my mentality makes me want to do well with whatever I do and complete it, I continued to move forward more and more consciously ." Thus, from a random job during her student years, Mary found herself dedicating precious time and sacrificing personal moments, reading and constantly training, working at a crazy pace, contacts and shifts that were constantly changing, being stubborn and changing shops in order to evolve , dedicating herself to focus and feeling her own glow up happening behind the bar even when she had already learned her value and no one could question her.
" I just was and always am myself. Since I spent so much time at work, I wanted to feel comfortable. I wanted to be able to say what I think . To be able to put imagination even into my hair. In my coloring. Obviously also in my approach, in my lists. Later, when I came into contact with the kitchen and experienced essential art, my life changed . Then I wanted to understand different cooking styles and each chef's perception of the raw material. I was very lucky to have come into contact with different cuisines and Michelin-starred chefs. I also went through pastry. The whole dinner experience was a ritual for me. Within the experience was the drink, of course. The drink had to complement the food. It should neither be strange nor bloat you. Let alone create a relapse. I set up the list in a way that the cocktails did not overtake it. Then it was fun for me to understand each guest, depending on their personality I could understand what they would choose.
With all this creativity and the willingness to always do something extra, Mary managed to become the great protagonist in the bars. Not only to be respected, as they should be, but to be sought out, to want to meet her, to want to work with her. Mary is one of those people who open and show paths.
