British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A., with registered office at Maroussi, Attica, 27 Agiou Thoma Street (hereinafter “ΒΑΤ” or “Company”), as the Controller, wishes to inform its consumers, both current or future, about the purposes and means of the processing of their personal data:

What is the purpose of the pricessing and how do we use your personal data?
Processing Purposes:

1. To participate in the competition and determine the winner
   Data Categories:
   The personal data you provide to is when activating the warranty of your
   device and, specifically, your name and surname, telephone number, email
   and date of birth. Then, if you are the winner, we will process your ID card or
   any other identity document you provide to us. Furthermore, in the latter case,
   the names and surnames of te winners will be posted on the www.myglo.com/cy website and on Facebook glo Cyprus.
   Legitimate grounds for your personal data processing include:
   (a) taking pre-cantractual measures at your request in order to participate in
   the competition;
   (b) the performance of the contract regarding the nomination of the winner and
   the receipt of the relevant prize.
2. To send notifications about promotions, offers etc.
   Data Categories:
   The organising company will process the personal data provided by you, i.e
   your namd and surname, mobile/landline phone number and email, in order
   to send notifications about promotions, offers, new services/products,
   invitations to the events and competitions.
   The Decleration of consent also includes informing participants about the
   possibility of withdrawing their consent, while shall not affect the lawfulness of
   processing based on consent before its withdrawal, as well as informing them
   of their rights of access, erasure and restrictions of processing based on the
   relevant GDPR provisions ,emailing in each case relevant request

   A legitimate ground for your personal data processing is:
   The decleration of consent of the participant in receiving notification
   regarding promotions ,offers, etc.

It is understood that filling out the decleration of consent is not in itself a
condition for the participation of consumers in this Competition, but is
provided in advance, if participants so wish, in order to inform them about the
products and services of the Organiser.

1. Storage Period
   The data storage period is determined on the basis of the following specific
   criteria, as appropriate:
   Where processing is carried out under contact, your personal data shall be
   stored for as long as necessary for the perfomance of the contract and for
   the establishment, exercise, and/or support of legal claims under the contract.
   Additionally, your personal information shall be kept until your consent is
